I booked a hotel through Tingo because Marriott told us that they lost our reservation for a wedding we were going to. When we called to confirm our reservation again just to be sure the day before we left for our trip, Marriott coincidentally "found" our reservation that day. I went onto Tingo and cancelled the extra room we booked and received our refund within 3 days. Tingo is very quick and convenient. I will definitely utilize their services every time we need to book a trip in the future!
