I tried to get in contact with lastminute.com after a booking mistake on their website and they say they will reply wiythin 48 hrs, but i never heard back. We still travellled on the tickets even f it wasn*t the dates we actually had booked. We had some problems during the trip and asked if we could change the dates (we had checked with the airline company and it would have been OK to upgrade to another class and change the dates for a fee of 95 USD) but they insisted it was completely impossible. Avoid booking with this company!!!
