“Instructions for arrival were wrong”

Arrival instructions were wrong and misleading. Would have been better to have sorted a taxi ourselves at the airport.
Departure instructions were wrong with the emergency phone number having a digit missing so useless.
Once we managed to get hold of the driver for return transfer, it was smooth but arrived at airport with no time to spare. Got through check in and had to go straight to our departure gate. No time for shopping or even the toilet!
