I have had a few items from Brand Alley, some of which I have been happy with. However, on two occasions I have ordered items which Brand Alley have taken my money and then weeks later I have had an email to say they are not available and a refund has been sent. On the last occasion, I ordered 8 items, eight weeks later and only after I contacted them to ask where my items were, did they say 'there supplier had let them down' and I would be refunded. Disgraceful customer service, it makes me wonder did they ever have the items available to order??? What is going on, its not acceptable and I will not be ordering from them again.
