“THEY ARE TERRIBLE AGENTS”

DON'T USE THEM - THEY ARE RIP OFF AGENTS. VERY VERY DODGY. I went on their website to get QUOTES FOR FLIGHTS TO DELHI. Someone called me back. He was very chatty and gave me a quote which was cheap. We booked the tickets and were promised the tickets would be sent online within a week or so. OUR TICKETS WERE NEVER SENT so when I phoned them I couldn't speak to him as he was never available. I spoke to someone else (they are all foreign names). He said the etickets are only released by Emirates 14 days before departure. I phone Emirates and they said this is not true and the tickets are released within 2 days. Holiday Mood LIED TO US still insisted the tickets are not availble before 14 days of departure. With only 14 days left before our flight, we phone them and they said tickets were not available and we need to rebook another flight which was much more expensive and on different dates. THEY REFUSED TO GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK. My husband telephoned them and they put him on hold and said he was busy. I rang them on another phone saying he had quoted me flight to USA and I was put through straightaway while my husband was on hold. When confronted with this they made excused. WE HAD TO THREATEN LEGAL ACTION in writing - they then sent us tickets - we not seated together. THIS WENT ON FOR 4 MONTHS. NEVER NEVER USE THEM. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY.
