After ordering a dress for my daughter and paying for next delivery as she needed it for a party they marked as sent gave me a tracking number for the package when I type it it said it was sitting at the sorting office.
Then when it never arrived I email as they don't have a number to call they emailed me simply saying they were out of stock...then why was it marked as dispatched? I emailed again asking that very question only to be ignored.
Great customer service!!! Needless to say they just lost a customer!
