I ordered some proto scooter wheels for my son in April. After about a month both wheels dehubbed. I emailed skates informing them of this. They replied straight away just asking for a photo of the dehubbed wheels. After sending them a photo they replied asking if i would like a replacement or refund. My son wanted a replacment, which we received just a few days later. I was very impressed with the excellent customer service given, they responded straight away to each email and were really helpful. Will definatly use skates again - I now have a happy 15year old.
