“Very poor services and very bad atitude”

I become member of Roko in Portsmouth in 2011. I choose them because of apparently clean site and also because I thought that a high price will sort customers and staff also.At the presentation of site I ask details about the swimming pool ( was my point of interest) and they assure me that is most of the time almost empty, so I will not feel that I'm swimming in a bus. I sign the contract and my nightmare began. The swimming pool( my only point of interest)was very crowded and nobody did a shower BEFORE entering the pool. I ask the staff to check this aspect but nothing happened. Of course I give up, waiting for my contract to come to an end. Meanwhile, I've changed my bank account details, and of course I move all my direct debit sets into my new account. ROKO is the only company among eleven others who didn't accept to change the details on the phone.I've been there, fill a form...job done. Wrong...I just received a letter ask me to pay them monthly subscriptions plus a 20 pounds for nothing.Been there and a very superior "lady" Martine Gudgeon, justified that my details are incorrect so they cannot set a direct debit. We check details together, I was right, but I still have to pay 20 pounds. I will let you choose the conclusion.
P.S. you gonna have to pay 3 (three) more months from the moment when you decide to not be their member anymore...even if you contract period has gone.
