Having booked my tickets for Mark Knopfler last December I thought I would be ok to book hotel rooms etc and make a night of it. Slightly worried when my tickets never arrived 2 weeks before. Day before tickets still not here and to say Im annoyed is an understatement. After constantly calling the customer services and always getting the engaged tone I finally got through this morning. I was advised by the women on the phone my tickets were no longer avaliable and they left me a message on my phone to tell me. When I asked when the message was left she said 11:52, it was 11:58 at that point. Worst service I have ever recived and will never use them again.
