Every time I call Zyma, they respond immediately and help me solve my hosting issues. It's usually a small thing that I don't understand, rather than a problem with their system, but they are nonetheless patient with me and make sure that I get my questions answered. I also appreciate that they give unsolicited advice, like a recent message with advice about protecting Wordpress sites, and they act as though they really care about my lil' old blog and how it functions. Never a bad experience, ever. I can't say that about other hosting companies and I wouldn't say it here if it weren't my experience.
