I live in New York and I have been wearing glasses for over 20 years now, I order them mostly in stores, but never online. I sew Pret A Voir online and I did my research about them. I was amazed by the high volume of positive reviews regarding them. So today I am here to add my VERY POSITIVE review too. Sorry but I am not going to go on a very details about what happen but I ordered Tom Ford glasses with prescription. Ok , here we go :
1. Quality of their products are top notch and original.
2. Their prices are very affordable and unbeatable.
3. The best customers service I experience either via emails or phone, they are sweet, nice, attentive, patient...
You will get an answer from them no matter what, you will never get ignored. They will do anything to satisfy and please a customer and for that I thank them a lot.
Am I doing business with them again in the future? Definitely 100% YES. Finally I found me a place where I can get what I need :)
I wish them a lot of success and I hope they keep their high quality business the way it is.
