“Annoyed to happier”

I sent Cash 4 Phones my Blackberry Bold Touch 9900 which had some cosmetic damage but was in perfect working order. I normally use another recycling company but Cash 4 Phones offer was higher at £118 compared to £85. I paid £6.95 to send it by Royal Mail and a few days after my phone was received by them I was offered a greatly reduced price of £47.20 due to Excessive Wear and Tear. I could either accept this amount or reject it and pay £8.95 to have it returned. After reading reviews on this site I thought it would be worth phoning them up. The offer was doubled to £94.40 and I accepted as I though this was fair. So if you have a similar problem it is worth phoning them up. I was advised that they go through about 2,000 phones a day in their warehouse so this is probably why some of the valuations are not worthy. I would recommend phoning them if you have a similar problem.
