“friendly and understanding”

i've found dealing with NDR a pleasant experience (even though it's dealing with unpleasant debt), however i do think information flow could be improved. i would like to receive a detailed breakdown of payments ie: what has been paid, interest, how much is due to be paid, when payment is due for completion etc etc...
