Ok, so yes, when I paid my money to DIYDresses.co.uk and I suddenly realised I was not dealing with a UK company I was very worried. And then I came on here and got even more concerned.
I was looking for a flowergirl dress for a 7 year old girl, no extra tailoring and in a colour that was in the picture for the dress. I was contacted about how long it would take and how it would arrive.
No one asked me to pretend how much it cost to reduce duty - which seems to have happened to others.
I was notified by text that the dress would arrive the next day and was given options to defer, or deliver to neighbour. My mum who the dress was beign delivered to turned out to be away and the delivery company took the initiative and delivered to the neighbour anyway.
The dress was the right colour, fully lined, right size and well made, and certainly worth the money I paid for it.
I can see why others have felt let down, but my experience was fine, so perhaps things are being improved.
