“STAY CLEAR OF 321 TRAVEL - COULDNT ORGANISE ANYTHING.”

Used 321 Travel to book flights for 16 people to Lanzarote for christmas.
The names were not correct on the tickets so we contacted them several times to get them changed, but they didnt want to do it. they just kept saying that it would be ok. ( the womens tickets had MR on them and the surnames were spelt incorrect as well. Got to the airport and of course was stopped because of the names wrong, had to pay £104 per person for name change and then told that all seats together had not been booked and would have to sit seperately on the plane as all seats had been taken whilst we had to pay for name change and join the back of the queue. now May and still waiting for money from 321 travel. NICE ONE. STICK WELL CLEAR EVERY BODY.
