“Hair on FOOD”

Terrible, Terrible customer service. Never had encountered such inept employees and manager. They argued with me about how much money they should give me back. All the food I purchase had hair. My older daughter was the only one who found no hair on her burger, so she ate it. She found it on her fries, so that's why the manager argued we could not get all of our money back. We didn't want our money back, we wanted an acknowledgement, an apology of some sort. All we got was arguing. Unacceptable. This location is 18000 Mateny Rd, Germantown, MD 20874! No more McDonald's for me and I do hope headquarters contacts me. I did write them an email.
