“Slow unless your on prime”

I have cancelled my prime subscription and was shocked at how slow delivery now takes. It seems Amazon are deliberately slowing down processing other orders to 'encourage' people to join prime.

If often now pay for 'guaranteed next day delivery' and after 2 days they have not even dispatched.

Even on prime 40% of the items I ordered with their 'guaranteed next day delivery' were just sent first class. If you complaint they refund you a months subscription to this rubbish.

Not sure how they can get away with that.
