“Refund problem”

Bought 2 tickets (Total £237) to see Pink at LG Arena on 22 April but sadly this concert was cancelled due to Pink being ill. An email from Get me in was received to say that this concert will not be rescheduled so return the tickets(£46 each)by recorded delivery or special delivery to their London address by 13 May for a refund. I sent them back by special delivery on 7 May, only to have them returned to me on 9th May by Royal Mail as they could not deliver due to the addressee having gone away. I have emailed Get me in but have not had a reply and I have phoned them - it just goes to automated response, then tells me the office opening times and cuts off. Feeling so frustrated, have lost money on this already but just want the value of the tickets back so I am not completely out of pocket.
