Dealing with Bicycle Hero was a joy. Easy purchase process online. Secure payment and confirmation of details. Lots of information about progress of the order. Delivery within stated time. Follow up about delivery. The product itself is fantastic. Precision machined and very well presented. It fit the bike perfectly and first ride out went well with no problems. Only time will tell if it is more durable than the Shimano press fit BB.
