I was very impressed with the assistant in your Lowestoft store, I took my grandson in to buy him his first pair of trainers from you. My grandson is very shy and the lady was very good to him and as it was the first time we bought him clarks I then was able to treat myself to a new pair of sandals for work she even took a pair out of the window to see if I like them nothing was too much trouble THANK YOU
