My phone was originally unlocked from Three and is currently running on a Vodaphone contract. On upgrading the firmware using the appalling Samsung Kies, the phone reverted to Three and required a PIN code that I do not have, as I am not the original owner.
I went to Vodafone, Three and Samsung, none of whom could (or would) help. Even a specialist phone unlocking shop in the high street could only offer sending my precious phone to London, with no indication of whether they could unlock it or if they could, how much it would cost.
A quick look on Google found these guys and half an hour later I was back in touch. I am so grateful and so relieved. The service was fast, effective and not too expensive when I consider that I was so desperate I was about to buy a new phone!
