I had to send out a very large number of text messages on a daily basis as part of my dissertation study. Message Media's SMS text message services allowed me to do this efficiently and effectively. Also, each time I called Message Media for assistance, I received friendly and effective customer service! Thanks very much for helping me finish my dissertation study!
What I liked
* friendly customer service
* that I was able to send text messages more efficiently and effectively that I would be able to on my own
What I didn't like
* nobody calls back on the weekends even though the operator says they will
* I wish I could go into my online account and change phone numbers to the alternative format rather that having to do so through a customer service representative. That way, I could do it more quickly and could do it on the weekends. Whenever it happens on the weekends, I end up not being able to send the messages to that particular participant and sometimes I lose them as participants in the process because they give up on participating.

* when I delete someone from a particular address list, it sometimes deletes them completely from my address book
* when I open up my address book to delete someone, the person at the top of the list is automatically selected. I never remember to unselect them. As a result, the first person on the list in addition to the person I intended to delete are removed from my address book. Then I have to go back in and enter their info again.
* I wish there were more options for sending mass texts. For example, my life would have been hundred times easier if you guys had some sort-of table on a single page that allowed me to enter different names from my address book with different broadcast templates, dates, and times for each of the different names. Since I was sending many different broadcasts to many different people and different times each day, I basically had to enter each broadcast separately. That said, it was easier than it would have been if I was doing it from my phone.
