“2 sinks ordered - 1 badly damaged, 1 wrong model and...”

Like so many people on here, my main complaint is the customer service. The fact that both sinks I ordered are faulty can be a genuine mistake, although it looked like even the damaged sink had been shipped this way, as the box was immaculate.

Also note, the sinks were sold as in stock and on a 2-3 day delivery time, and i was only informed a few days after ordering that 1 was not in stock. They arrived 2 weeks later, not really unreasonable, but clearly not as sold.

The customer service email chain continued for almost 2 weeks not.... with copy and paste responses seeming to basically stall for time for the first week, also asking for photos, forgetting to attach returns forms, etc...... Finally a collection date was then arranged for the items, but after waiting in all day, they did not show, and I now have not received any response from them in the 5 days since.

Very poor and I have now had to start a claim with PayPal, which I assume Tapsuk will drag out to the maximum time possible, as they have also not responded to this yet either.

Very, very poor all round service.
