“Buying nightmare!”

It was so difficult to make my order that I almost gave up. It seems that I have ordered from this site before because my order was rejected on the grounds that the address had been used previously. I then requested details of the previously used password and a new one was emailed to me. I couldn't use this however as I had no idea what the other login word was. I eventually had to pretend to be my wife before my order was accepted!
I obviously will not be able to buy from this site again as I will have run out of email addresses to use!
You must lose a lot of business through this nonsense.
