“Chicken expert”

I have never been so pleasantly surprised, discovering the enormous variety of chickens available. Having had a good idea of the breeds of chickens that I wanted to buy, I was overcome by the choice and found myself questioning my original plans. A new member of staff spotted my dilemma and offered me his services and shortly after, introduced me to a member of staff who was unimaginably knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. He not only answered the multiple questions I had, but also analysed my questions to uncover any uncertain areas that I hadn't thought of at the time. I was highly impressed with his knowledge and thoroughness to ensure that I was happy and competent to care for the birds, he so obviously cared passionately about. I left confident that I received the best possible advice and that I could come back at any time for further advice. Having the opportunity to return any of the birds within 28 days, also gave me confidence that the staff were confident that I had the healthiest and happiest birds possible. Thank you to all the staff that cared for my new chickens.
