I checked my mom ( who doesnt speak English) for her international flight an hour prior to boarding. As I was leaving the airport (30 min prior to boarding time), I got a call from Delta that flight was cancelled. I had to drive back, park, get clearance, go through security to find my mom to tell her that. Then I had to find Delta rep, who said: here is 800 number you cn call. What woul my mom do with that without cell phone or language?! When I called, he only other option was the flight the next day. So, now I have to take a day off & do all of this again! I sent Delta an email & they responded saying that they'll read it within 30 days! Wow! I called customer service, but their hours don't start till 8am. So, they do this and just say: sorry! I'll never fly with them again!
