i didn't understand why we were being charged again for a service i believed we had already paid for 3 months earlier. although your phones seem to be constantly engaged and i recieved no response from the message i left on the answering machine.
as soon as i sent an email message this was swiftly answered explaining what we had paid for and what this new charge relatyed to.
As a public body we require an invoice in order to make payments, this invoice was instantly drawn up, with no hesitation and we could pay our bills straight away.
So phone system below par although my message was probably just down a long list of other messages.
