“Bad service-never again.”

I rang Go Ballistic to see if the date and time I wanted for my son's birthday were available. I was told they were and advised to book online. I booked online and Go Ballistic took my money.
Three hours later they rang me to say the date and time were now not available.They offered an alternative site halfway across Manchester(2hr bus journey-I don't drive)when the one I booked at is a walkable distance.
I told them I was cancelling and asked for a refund but they said they couldn't refund me unless I wrote to them!There is no email address on their site.
My son's birthday is now ruined and I would strongly advise anyone thinking about using this company to think again. They were quick to take my money and I am unable to book an alternative venue as they will not refund me until I have written to them and I need the money to pay for somewhere else.
I'm disgusted and will take this further.Rip off merchants.
I have given them one star because it won't let me leave the field blank.
