“Horror experience ”

It all started last week when done an order online just to find out they change delivery charges from 5 £ to50£and this wasn't all ,when paid 5£ it came in four days now they want me to pay 50 for 10 days delivery.i canceled my order and decided to go to nearest ikea ,wich is wembley for me....get in store and from here my nightmare started. I had a list with the products that I need.go on local computer and check availability 3 in stock mirror hemnes 45£...get to the location -plastic chairs no mirror .ask for help and get the answer:probably they up on the shelf come tomorrow or the day after . Wanna buy some hemnes shelfs but got the rong bracket ,ask for help the guy try to explain me that the brackets are ok with a 80 mil gap ,no chance to guide me to the right ones.and in the and wanna get cover for my garden furniture 36 when I checked but in the basket where zero left ask for help and the lady sad : if there is none in the basket we out of stock ...and walk away ..went back to the computer and check again mirror hemnes 3 in stock and cover still 36 in stock.finally wen't topick up my furniture from collection point cause it had glass doors ,wait for 4 min for it and when got home a side panel was scratch........I will seriously think twice when buy furniture again to use ikea...or maybe will never use it again...
