“what a total waste of money”

we purchased this laughable excuse for a cleaner at christmas, when we first tried the unit it was very good but beware this leads you in to a false sense of security because the next time a little red light appears on the back of the machine telling you there is a blockage, what this all relates to is that the dust filter on top of the cylinder is blocked of dust so we followed the instructions by the letter on how to clean the filter dried it put it back, 5 minutes later oh suprise suprise the little red light goes on again so you think i will persevere and carry on but it get so hot the thermo cut kicks in so you have to wait for the hoover to call down takes 30mins, now i don"t like hoovering like the best of us, but my patients ran out i am afraid. moral of story DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT AS ITS USELESS,
