I've found the support services for X-Cart to be exceptional. I was originally worried, knowing that the team is half a world away from me, but it's not been a problem. Their hours are so extensive that there is really only a short portion of the day I'm not able to get answers to my questions - and they assign and answer my questions quickly and thoroughly. They seem to be always accessible. I've been happily paying for their technical support programs now that the site is up and running, because the service they provide is more cost effective than hiring someone to troubleshoot my site.
