“PANIC OVER!!!”

started off as a bad experience..when valuing my phoneonline with this company i was given a quote of £136.35 for a white samsung galaxy s2. it was the highest that any other company had quoted. the phone was immaculate and worked perfectly fine. i recieved the free post bag 2 days later and sent it straight away on the 9.4.13 paying 6.95 special delivery. on the 10.4.13 they had signed for this phone to say they had reieved the package but when i logged in on my account it was showing they hadnt recieved so i was woundering if this was sonme kind of scam! i contacted royal mail and they said itis not in there hands anymore so i am ot coverd because they have got a signature. they reccomended i tried contacting the company so i did.. i must of rang 13 times and sent numbers of e-mails and could never get to speak to anyone or get a reply from the e-mail! i then thought this is DODGEY! i contacted Action Fraud witch was very helpfull and they did a report and said they would investigate this sitiation they even said them selves that it sounds dodgy to them too! anyway i then sent another e-mail to cash4phones to threaten them and tell them that action fraud is investigating and they either pay me 136.35 or send my phone back to me. i couldnt believe it i had a phone call straight way! saying they are sorry for delay of payment they will send it out to me now and ill recieve it by the end of this week! i recieved full payment today! so all in all a rubbish company to get hold of but a happy customer as i got was i was told for my phone :))) Waited a long time having advertised on there website 72 hours money recieved! witch is totally rong! so anyone experince simular to me then contact action fraud,police or trading standards and they will get frightened and pay up !
