There are a few books that capture such sound and solid advice as this book has. Having been involved in the self-improvement sector for some years now, I have found this book to be among the best. Basically this book teaches you how to really improve yourself.
Pros:
1.) Simple and practical advise
2.) Amazing real life examples
3.) You can start practicing what you read almost immediately
Cons:
1.) I believe that the chapter about "Seek first to understand and then be understood" needed to have more data about what *you* should do to be understood. I found this chapter only focused on "seeking to be understood"
Overall:
This book, 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, offered some short, to the point advice on how to really better yourself. I'd recommend it for any individual that truly wants to improve himself/herself.
