“Bad service”

Rotherham shop, assistant manager had no people skills wouldn't listen . I asked for a receipt for just the deposit I had paid so I could send it off to Westfield insurance to claim the money back in order to pay the remaining amount. They refused making all kinds of excuses even though I had claimed that way twice before and had checked with Westfield. So frustrated I cancelled my glasses and was told I would have to wait 2 weeks for my money back as I paid cash. So they lost a £350 order for the sake of a receipt.Would definitely not buy anything from them again. The one good thing in the shop was my actual eye test he was brilliant .
