I tried to make a claim this morning for the first time. Terrible customer service and I felt like a criminal. Then was told that the underwriters would phone me back sometime in the next 24 hours to tell me if I am covered, even though it clearly states on my policy that I am. I explained that I cannot take calls at work and was told if I missed the call I would have to ring again and then wait a further 24 hours.
I sincerely regret insuring with this company. A big, big mistake.
