I rented a car recently at a Hampshire branch. This particular car was not available so I was upgraded to a better vehicle free of charge. I felt happy with the checks made to the car before I set off. They ensured diesel was in the car and we agreed the amount before I left.
I feel like it was good value for money considering the length of time I had the car and I will use Enterprise again.
The only downside for me is that I needed to pay a £200 deposit (although this was of course refunded within a few days after the return of the vehicle).
