“Extremely poor quality and customer service”

**BEFORE ORDERING ANY FLOWERS FROM INTERFLORA, PLEASE REMEMBER TO READ THE SMALL PRINT - THEY HAVE YOUR HANDS TIED WHICHEVER WAY YOU TURN IF YOU DON'T!!** I wish I had read these reviews before ordering! We ordered a £27.99 bouquet for a lady leaving work. These were to be delivered on 19th April - which was her last day. We received an e-mail at 8.15am saying they were on their way, then another to say that they went on the lorry at 9.45am. By 4pm we hadn't received the flowers so contacted Interflora who were extremely unhelpful saying that delivery would be before 7pm as stated on the website - they advised that the flowers weren't being delivered by a florist but by one of their chosen couriers. I then rang back asking for the couriers name/telephone number so that we could contact them. The message on couriers number said that they delivered up until 5.30pm. Our office should have closed at 5pm so we contacted the courier again at 5pm to see if they could give us a delivery time and they just advised "when they get to the designated post code they will have been delivered". We waited an extra half hour, up until 6pm, and still no flowers arrived. We left a mobile number on the front door asking for the delivery driver to ring when he got to the office, but we never heard a thing until this morning, 22nd April. This morning I had a call from a member of Interflora advising that the flowers had been damaged in transit on the Friday but that they would be delivered today. They have just arrived and I am absolutely appauled! The flowers are those that were dispatched on Friday morning - they arrived in a big box with 'repacked by Yodel' taped all over it. They look awful, all the roses are brown on the edges - I would have been absolutely ashamed to hand these over to our colleague on Friday - they are dreadful. The bouquet is absolutely tiny and they're sitting in a plastic pot. Interflora was a household name as I was growing up, whatever happened????
