Suffice to say it too nearly 3 weeks to get a refund from them after they delivered a set of clubs I didn't order (i.e. wrong item, not me changing my mind). They actually didn't have the clubs I ordered in stock. Emails went into the customer service black hole, phone calls were greeted with little in the way of service and many broken promises. Not one apology for mucking me about, treated as if I was an inconvenience. I can only recommend you avoid at all costs.
