I paid a lot of money to make sure I had the correct insurance for my daughter who has a medical condition, we had to cancel our holiday to turkey as she needed brain surgery. Columbus spent 4 months trying to avoid paying us. I the end I had to threaten going to the papers and telling them our story!! Needless to say they suddenly paid us. I would never use them again.
