Broadway Travel made booking our holiday to Malta both stress free and dare I say, enjoyable! The online chat facility was very useful for chatting to a real person and finding out more details and possible alternatives and extras. All telephone and email correspondence was polite, efficient and speedily addressed. All my concerns were dealt with straight away and my holiday was great. A real bargain and a great hotel and resort in the Ramla Bay Resort Hotel.

The only point I would like to make to further inmprove what is already a very good service, would be to ensure clients have all the information needed about the airline they will be using, especially with regards to possible extras. These are always cheaper at first point of booking and should therefore be offered up fron(hold baggage/priority seats etc)

I shall certainly use both Broadway Travel and the Ramla Bay Resort again to book future holidays.
