Ordered a prom dress, but my fussy teenager changed her mind within a few hours. Contacted them to cancel and since then have received 27 e-mails to and fro with them either not understanding what i am saying in broken english and letting me know that i will not get a refund for 15 days as 'their mangager is not in' Very poor customer service. Have spoken to Trading Standards about them today and reported them. Just received an e-mail today informing me that i will have to pay 10% commission to Moneybooker if i want a refund. What a rip off. Keep telling me to have a nice day? Also trying to ask me to order another dress and they will give me a gift. Desperado company i think! Do not send money to this company as now my credit card company has to get into a dispute with them in order to get a refund. VERY POOR.
