“Good service from store, let down by Night Freight...”

Excellent service from Margaret Street store in the West End - staff were knowledgeable and gave good advice for the type of riding I will be doing. I ordered the bike through the Ride 2 Work scheme, again, all went smoothly via web interaction and on the phone. Arranged to have it delivered to my home. A text and email tells you on the day your time slot, two hours AFTER the time slot begins. Fortunately I was able to go home and wait - expected delivery between 7am to 12.00 - it is now 13.40 and I'm still waiting. After calling Night Freight, staff were very offhand and said he would be delivering in about two hours time... a days work lost for me! It may be free delivery, but I'd much rather pay for a reliable efficient service. If bike delivery required - I wouldn't recommend.
