“security so high that you dont get access to your money”

I have been with HSBC since January this year. The worst experience ever! I have 4 different bank accounts in 4 different countries and never had this many problems with any of them as with the HSBC Sg branch. Its not user friendly at all. This is the 5th time I m locked out of my account because the key received is only useful for locking the system. If you want an account, be prepared to have at least 6 available passwords that are of 6 digit combination and both numbers and letters. ...Gosh I cant wait to transfer the money to barclays.
