“worst company i have ever dealt with”

i have had sky broadband for 7 weeks and it hasn't worked ever, sky are unable to fix the problem as they say they do not have the network capacity nor will they let me leave without paying an early cancellation charge, i am having to make a complaint to the communications ombudsmun service sky have done nothing but lie to me since i signed up all they want is your money once they have it they couldn't care less about the customer
