bought some north face e-tip gloves that developed a fault in 4 months. was advised by store to return them for a replacement or refund which i did bringing proof of purchase.
Once id paid for parking etc, i returned to Blacks to be told that they would not replace them and this was not company policy. I was told by both customer services and the store that as the product was more than 90 days old, they would bot replace, despite being showed the current sale of goods legislation in store! This company is disgusting and has lost my trade.
After sales is diabolical. go to an independent store and avoid blacks JD/ Sports group at all costs! Save yourself a massive headache and time! I mean come on, who wants to have to send a pair of £30 gloves back to North Face in Belgium????
