Website down for several weeks before our wedding. When I called no one seemed to have a clue what was going on, unable to access our list. Unable to take orders from the list. Gifts delivered late and damaged. Unable to replace damaged gifts as only the buyer was able to request a replacement. Total shambles, very disappointing.
The one positive thing I can say about the experience is that wedding people in our local store were friendly and tried their best to help. But I get the impression that their efforts were prevented by the Debenhams head office team.
