“Best service availlable when phoning to SA...”

I have used lots of these services over the years, and it was always a hit and miss...More often than not I would get so upset and frustrated because either I won't be able to get through which happened a lot, and/or the line will be poor and/or I will also be cut off at some stage...

But ever since I discovered and started using Dialtosave, it has all been a thing of the past...The line is pretty much always crystal clear, I pretty much always get through and the only negative so far has been when my top-up ran out and I sent a text but the time won't come through until a few hours later or even worse the next day...It has only happened about 3 times and I have used them for years...That said you can top-up via paypal which always works, and I like that I can link phones to my pin online which negates the need to type it in every time...

The customer service is second to none, someone is always on email and responds the same day...They are really very good...Vodafone and others can only dream of being this good...
