“jetline travel (AN ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES OF A COMPANY)”

I, BOOKED A WEEK IN RHODES FOR THE 18TH OF MAY, ONLY TO BE TOLD THE NEXT DAY THAT THE 18TH WAS FULLY BOOKED, AND WOULD I GO ON THE 16TH WHICH I AGREED, WE THOUGHT IT WOULD BE CHEAPER BUT INFACT IT WAS DEARER, I PAYED WITH MY DEBIT CARD THE FULL PRICE . WHEN I CHECKED MY BANK THEY TOOK AN EXTRA £300 PLUS. WHEN I PHONED TO FIND OUT WHY, THEY WERE VERY ARROGANT AND QUITE NASTY ON THE PHONE THAT WAS THE BEGINNING OF APRIL AND THE MONEY STILL HAS NOT GONE INTO THE BANK ALSO THEY CHARGED ME 2.9% ON A DEBIT CARD BUT I THOUGHT THEY COULD ONLY DO THIS IF IT WAS PAYED ON A CREDIT CARD I WILL NOT BE USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN (SHAMBLES) I AM ALSO IN THE PROCESS OF TAKING THIS MATTER TO HIGHER AUTHORTIES.
