“At Last - One That Works!”

Like the other reviewers I've tried all the other weight loss companies, and always ended up putting more back on. With Tesco diet I confess I don't always use the menus although I do browse my weekly one for me to pick & choose what I might use. But making myself weigh in every Monday and writing my own report seems to spur me on. I am not one for group therapy so this one to one with the encouraging and straight talking reports the girls send back to me, is much more useful. Being an OAP, weight is slower to take off and so the target set for me was much more sensible than say Weight Watchers who told me to get down to 10stone,(from 15!) The Tesco team are seeing me through 1 stone at a time. It's taken me a year to lose 1 & 1/2 stone, but that's the longest I have ever kept weight off so definitely a result. I also like the fact that the Team are always there so I don't have to wait a week if I need any assistance, which is also comforting to know. Here's to losing another stone by Christmas!
