Ordered dress for daughters prom. She chose the design. We ordered it from diy dress.co.uk thinking it was uk based. However,It did arrive when they said it would, only to find It looks nothing like the dress we ordered ,bits missing from the front waistband and we paid extra for specific bust size which did not happen. So dress is unwearable.Dress looks shabby.Contacted online help on numerous occasions ,to be told "manager will contact you" .still waiting for this to happen 4 times now! This company seems to be based in Hongkong, with no uk contact whatsoever.I would urge anyone who was thinking of using this company NOT TO !
